Pot Odds
Pot odds compare the price of a call with the total pot you can win. Players use them alongside hand equity to judge whether a call is immediately profitable.
Example
If the pot is 75 and an opponent bets 25, you must call 25 to contest a final pot of 125. You are risking 25 to win 100, so you need 20% equity to break even.
