The road to one of the biggest online poker tournaments of the summer is officially underway.
CoinPoker has opened its Battle of Malta Online qualification campaign, giving players multiple ways to earn a seat in the upcoming $1,000,000 guaranteed CoinMillion. The satellite schedule began on July 3 and runs through July 12, with buy-ins ranging from completely free to low-cost direct qualifiers.

The promotion serves as the first step into the Battle of Malta Online Series, which runs from July 12 through August 3 and features $30 million in guaranteed prize pools across 23 days of tournament action.
Free Entry Path Available
The standout feature of the qualification campaign is a series of free Step 4 satellites, allowing players to begin their journey toward the $215 CoinMillion without risking a buy-in.
These freerolls are scheduled three times each day and award seats into the next qualification stage. From there, players can continue progressing through increasingly valuable satellites, with buy-ins starting from as little as $0.10.
For players who would rather skip the early steps, CoinPoker is also running direct Step 1 satellites with buy-ins between $5.50 and $44. On July 12, one of those qualifiers guarantees 100 seats into the flagship tournament.
The staggered qualification system gives players a choice between grinding their way through the steps or taking a faster route into the seven-figure event.
CoinMillion Returns During Battle of Malta
Day 1 of the latest CoinMillion takes place on July 12, with survivors returning the following day to play down to a champion.
The tournament features a $215 buy-in, a $1 million guaranteed prize pool, and a deep 100,000-chip starting stack. CoinPoker has also included several player-friendly features, including Bubble Protection, unlimited re-entries through Level 16, Final Table Blind Rollback, and deal-making options once the final table is reached.
The event has already produced impressive numbers this year. During the World Poker Masters festival, the previous CoinMillion attracted 4,278 entries, with DaniC1994 collecting $126,500 after converting a single $215 buy-in into the tournament victory.
This edition carries an added incentive, with the winner also receiving a Battle of Malta trophy alongside a digital Trophy Cabinet award.
Battle of Malta Festival Around the Corner
The CoinMillion is just one part of what promises to be one of CoinPoker’s busiest tournament festivals of 2026.
The Battle of Malta Online Series will award $30 million in guarantees, including three Main Events worth a combined $3.1 million. The headline attraction is the $565 Battle of Malta Main Event, which comes with a $2.5 million guarantee.
Away from the flagship events, players will also have opportunities to compete for 100 Battle of Malta Autumn Edition live packages, each valued at $2,500, while high rollers can target several marquee events, including the $1,500 CoinMasters BTC with a $1 million guarantee and multiple $5,200 tournaments.
The festival concludes with a final weekend guaranteeing $10 million across 120 events, bringing one of CoinPoker’s biggest online series of the year to a close.
