Chance Kornuth pulled off the unusual feat of reaching two major online final tables during the same series, making the final nine of both ACR Poker Mystery Bounty Venoms.
The ACR pro cashed for a combined $188,734.88 across the No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha events as the two Venoms generated $15.095 million in prize pools from 6,030 entries.
Deltoid88 ultimately won the $12 million guaranteed NLH Venom, while ImWinninAnyway took down the $3 million guaranteed PLO tournament.
But Kornuth’s double final table was one of the standout performances of the series.
Chance Kornuth Reaches Both Venom Final Tables
Playing online as “LawyerDad68,” Kornuth managed deep runs in both versions of the Venom, reaching the final table of the $12 million guaranteed NLH tournament and the final nine of the PLO Venom.
Kornuth summed up the achievement in a post on X before the final tables:
“Holy Shit…. I finally tabled BOTH VENOMS Playing for 1.2mil tomorrow.”
The two runs ultimately produced $188,734.88 in combined winnings for the ACR pro.
Kornuth was not the only established name to reach the closing stages.
Chris Moorman finished ninth in the NLH Venom. The British pro remains one of online poker’s most successful tournament players and was also among the candidates in the 2026 Poker Hall of Fame vote.
Deltoid88 Wins $12 Million NLH Venom
The biggest of the two tournaments was the $12 million guaranteed No-Limit Hold’em Mystery Bounty Venom.
A total of 4,792 entries were recorded, leaving the tournament eight entries short of covering its guarantee entirely through buy-ins.
That resulted in a $20,000 overlay from ACR Poker to maintain the advertised $12 million prize pool.
Deltoid88 eventually reached heads-up play against Brazilian pro Ivan Limeira, playing as “chickenpastry.”
The pair agreed a deal that adjusted their regular tournament payouts before Deltoid88 completed the victory.
Deltoid88 collected $799,522.82 from the regular prize pool and another $66,347.71 in Mystery Bounties, taking the overall return to $865,870.53.
348th Place Turns Into a $508,000 Payday
Winning the tournament wasn’t the only way to make an enormous score.
LavenderBrown finished 348th.
Normally, that would be little more than a relatively modest cash in a tournament containing almost 4,800 entries.
The Mystery Bounty draw changed everything.
LavenderBrown pulled the tournament’s $500,000 top bounty and collected another $5,000 in additional bounties. Combined with $3,220.48 in regular prize money, the 348th-place finish was worth $508,220.48.
Mystery Bounty tournaments have increasingly become part of major poker schedules, including the first WSOP Circuit series in Mexico City, where the festival opened with the format.
Few examples demonstrate their unusual payout structure quite as dramatically as finishing 348th and leaving with more than half a million dollars.
Accidental PLO Entry Leads to $250,000 Bounty
The PLO Venom produced an even stranger story.
R88P reportedly intended to register for the NLH Venom but accidentally entered the Pot-Limit Omaha tournament instead.
It proved to be a particularly profitable mistake.
Rather than simply exiting the unfamiliar registration and moving on, R88P eventually finished 13th and pulled the $250,000 top Mystery Bounty.
The accidental entry ultimately produced a reported total return of $275,840.23.
ImWinninAnyway Wins PLO Venom
Unlike the NLH tournament, the PLO Venom comfortably cleared its guarantee.
The tournament attracted 1,238 entries and created a $3.095 million prize pool, beating the $3 million guarantee by $95,000.
ImWinninAnyway emerged as champion, earning $290,042.14 from the regular prize pool alongside $75,150 in bounties.
That produced an overall return of $365,192.14.
The strong PLO turnout comes as major tournament series continue to expand their Omaha schedules. The recently announced WSOP Paradise 2026 schedule includes five dedicated PLO bracelet events alongside mixed PLO/NLH and other non-Hold’em formats.
ACR Dual Venoms Award $15.095 Million
Across both tournaments, ACR Poker recorded:

Deltoid88 and ImWinninAnyway leave as the two Venom champions.
LavenderBrown turned 348th place into a $508,000 score.
R88P accidentally entered the wrong tournament and walked away with more than $275,000.
And Chance Kornuth managed something neither champion could match.
He reached the final table of both.
