The Battle of Malta Online is heading to CoinPoker this summer with one of the biggest tournament schedules of the year. Running from July 12 through August 3, the series guarantees $30 million across 23 days of action while giving players the chance to win one of 100 packages to the live Battle of Malta festival in October.
The partnership combines one of Europe’s most recognizable live poker brands with CoinPoker’s growing tournament schedule, creating a series that caters to players at every bankroll level.
Three Main Events Headline the Schedule
The centerpiece of the festival is a three-tiered Main Event lineup worth a combined $3.1 million in guaranteed prize money.
The flagship $565 Battle of Malta Main Event features a massive $2.5 million guarantee, while lower buy-in options include the $55 Main Challenger with $500,000 guaranteed and the $11 Main Crusader with $100,000 guaranteed.
Each tournament offers multiple Day 1 flights throughout the festival before concluding on August 3.
There are plenty of other major events on the schedule too. The popular $215 CoinMillion returns with a $1 million guarantee, while high-stakes players can battle in the $1,500 CoinMasters BTC High Roller, which also guarantees $1 million.
CoinPoker ambassador Bencb has helped establish the site as a destination for serious tournament players through his coaching content and regular appearances. The Battle of Malta Online series is another step in expanding the operator’s tournament offerings with large guarantees across multiple buy-in levels.
100 Packages to Battle of Malta Autumn
Alongside the online prize pools, CoinPoker will award 100 packages to the live Battle of Malta Autumn festival, which takes place in Malta from October 27 to November 4.
Each package is worth approximately $2,500 and includes entry to the €600 Battle of Malta Main Event, accommodation, and travel expenses.
Players have several ways to qualify during the online series. Twenty-five packages will be awarded based on Main Event Day 1 performances, with chip leaders earning direct entries and additional seats distributed through special freerolls.
The remaining 75 packages will be awarded through a series of promotional freerolls. Players who compete throughout Battle of Malta Online can earn tickets by meeting qualifying requirements, giving recreational players multiple chances to secure a trip to Malta.
A Proven Live Poker Festival
The Battle of Malta has grown into one of Europe’s best-known mid-stakes poker festivals since launching in 2012. Hosted at Casino Malta since 2018, the event regularly attracts thousands of entries from across the world.
Last year’s autumn edition drew more than 6,000 entries and generated a prize pool exceeding €2.7 million, with the champion taking home more than €225,000.
With $30 million guaranteed online and 100 live packages available, this year’s partnership between Battle of Malta and CoinPoker promises to make the summer series one of the biggest highlights of the online poker calendar.
