Wet Board
A wet board is a community-card texture containing many possible draws or strong made-hand combinations. Wet boards often connect with more hands than dry boards and can change quickly on later streets.
Example
J-10-9 with two hearts is a wet flop because straight draws, flush draws, two pair and made straights are all plausible.
